Job Description

- Drive the Learning and Development function driving and conducting needs analysis, creating training plans/roadmaps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.

- Identify appropriate metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of team’s charter and deliverables.

- Recognize and adapt best practices in the area of Learning and Development. Own national level programs

Basic Qualifications :

- 5 - 6 years’ core Learning & Development, facilitating training programs, meet audiences ,understanding of customer needs

- MBA in HR from XLRI/TISS/Symbi/MDI
