Learning and Development Programs
1. Design, develop, and implement learning programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives to address employee skill gaps and development needs.
2. Organize orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
3. Partner with department heads to create role-specific training plans tailored to individual and team objectives.
Needs Assessment and Planning
4. Conduct regular training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
5. Collaborate with leadership to align learning and development strategies with organizational goals.
6. Prepare and manage the annual training budget.
Facilitation and Delivery
7. Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended approaches.
8. Act as a coach or mentor to employees and managers to guide their professional growth.
Evaluation and Reporting
9. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
10. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
Innovation and Trends
11. Stay updated on L&D best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in training and development.
12. Incorporate innovative techniques such as gamification, AR/VR, and social learning into programs to enhance engagement.
Key Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field Master's degree is must.
- 5-10 years of experience in learning and development.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering training programs.
