One of the leading eCommerce organization is Looking for Training & Development Professional for the role of Learning & Development Specialist to be based out Bangalore location
Experience : 3- 7 Years
Qualification : MBA from Tier 1 Institute (XLRI ;IIM;ISB)
Key Responsibilities :
- The Learning and Talent Development Specialist is a central role which would lead design, development and deployment of key talent development programs Pan India.
- Will primarily work on culture assimilation, support performance and leadership development related programs for managerial audience.
- Is required to facilitate various workshops & programs developed by the learning and talent development team
- Is responsible for ensuring learning translation into action through development plan formulation and execution.
- Run learning engagements with clients at the Centre: driving and conducting needs analysis, creating training plans/road maps, execution, reporting and audit of existing programs.
- Partner with clients/senior leadership to identify appropriate metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of team's charter and deliverable..
- Will be responsible for deployment of reports and dashboards.
- Will be responsible for the learning calendar for a set of participants.
Basic Qualifications :
- Overall 4-6 years experience in Human Resources and 2-4 years in Learning & Development.
- Should be passionate about developing others, and in creating development frameworks that scale.
- Adept at understanding customer needs and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders.
- Should have project management experience ranging from experience on small to mid-size projects
