We have been mandated by a large Building Material conglomerate for the below mentioned role.

Position Description :

Designation : Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist

Location : Gurgaon

Qualifications : Masters degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience : 4-7 years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The L&D Specialist will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Training Program Development :

- Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

- Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on training sessions.

2. Training Delivery:

- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at various levels.

- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as simulations, role-playing, and group discussions.

3. Needs Assessment :

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.

- Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine training priorities.

4. Evaluation and Improvement :

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry best practices.

5. Employee Development :

- Support career development initiatives and succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and providing targeted development opportunities.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

6. Compliance and Reporting :

- Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide regular reports to management.
