Responsibilities
- Assist with new joiner Induction Program every week including onboarding for student campus to corporate programs etc .
- Responsible for sending surveys and monitoring feedback for courses including updating the facilitator scores on the tracker on a weekly/ monthly basis.
- Project Manages both technical and various flagship programs end to end by coordinating and blocking facilitator diaries and managing registrations.
- Manages the shared learning mailbox on iLearn and responds to all queries in a prompt and agreed timelines.
- Maintains and information stored on the training tracker on a daily/ weekly basis.
- Coordinates with stakeholders & L&D Manager in preparation and publishing of quarterly calendars and any upcoming learning initiatives.
- Prepares Monthly Dashboards to be checked by the L&D Manager.
- Responsible for coordination of the Challenge Programmes and all the responsibilities associated with the deployment of these programmes.
- Responsible for accurate and timely background verification Invoice processing.
- Manages all relevant records for the learning function and responsible for updating the information on their internal systems.
- Supports local HR team in driving various Talent related initiatives related to employee engagement.
