Must be from Manufacturing Experience
- Lead Role in the Learning and Development Function Initiating, driving, planning and building the Learning and Development function in the organization.
- Handling Onboarding services Incorporating the training policy mandating credits at each role Prepares learning plans Interacts credibly with senior Associates
- Training Need Analysis aligned with the appraisal process and competency heads
- Publishing the monthly and quarterly calendar
- Spearheaded the inception of Learning Management System (LMS) as per the customized needs of training function that seamlessly helped in handling programs, generate specialized reports and facilitate a robust tracking system to capture associates learning progress
- Identify and continuously track key metrics of performance of various trainings, ensure overall effectiveness of the initiatives and maintain records, as per quality standards
- Creating training plans, on-boarding, and conducting trainings for the new hires
- Engage with training partners / vendors and continuously assess them for effectiveness MIS, data analysis, reports generation, preparing business presentations & dashboards
- Efficiently executed trainings on Behavioural sessions.
- Conducting and organizing quarterly awards and Toast Masters meetings
