Learning & Development Role - Telecom KPO

We are hiring for a leading telecom KPO based at Gurgaon .

Knowledge of French Language is mandatory.

Position : Learning and development

Exp : 7-11 years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Designing Training Modules and delivery training

- Facilitate leadership development courses and programs for senior leaders across the enterprise

- Works closely with the People Development Regional & Delivery Partners team, ensuring the Business Unit needs are well understood by the relevant regional teams and integrated and followed in Regional PD&L development plans, as well as delivered by this team

- Create and communicate a clear strategy plan for the support of training needs.

- Manager delivery of training through measurable documented and defined process

- Supports strategic programs of continuous organizational performance improvement which helps the business achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organization
