Detailed Job Description:

- Position in the Learning & Development Team at the R&D Centre of XYZ India at Greater Noida

- The L&D team focuses primarily on aligning employee's developmental goals and performance vis-a-vis the business needs, and there by contributing strategically to the overall organizational excellence. Of course, it becomes imperative to adopt benchmark practices and processes to enable the intended outcome, while maintaining the effectiveness and engagement at all points.

- It's one of the key functions which expands its boundaries to Talent Development and Retention, Upskilling and Motivating Employees and Instilling a Value-based Culture.

Key Result Areas

- LNA (Learning Need Analysis) Process Deployment at Corporate, Regional and Local level

- Facilitation & Content Development for Behavioural Courses

- Responsible for Technical & Behavioural Learning Sessions in terms of Driving Scheduling, Nomination Strategies

- Manage end to end the PR/PO process in collaboration with Purchase and division

- Measuring Learning Effectiveness - KP Level 1,2 & 3 Effectiveness as per defined guidelines

- Support for (Learning Platform) on queries from employees

- Designing Digital Content - both Technical & Behavioural with content experts

- Managing Learning Calendar - Annual release with quarterly updates

- Analyzing Learning Activities and Reporting to stakeholders

- Managing Learning Contracts with timely revisions

- Learning Partner Management

Skills Required

- Excellent Communication Skills - both written and verbal

- Analytical and systemic thinking - and detail orientation

- Influencing, facilitating and consulting skills

- Conceptual Background on HR Frameworks

- Advanced skills on MS Office ( primarily on MS Excel & MS PPT)

- Experience on LMS (learning Management System)

- Prior experience in L&D

Education : MBA - HR / MA -Psychology

Experience : 7-9 years
