1. Content creation on training (as per TNI)
2. Designing and calendaring training interventions basis the findings
3. Branding of L&D function and driving communication campaigns to enhance visibility
4. LMS Management - collaborate with IT for development, Content Integration
5. Drive completion of all WBT interventions (e-learning)
6. Design strategy to promote WBT (Ascend).
7. Plan Reward & Recognition for knowledge partners.
Salary offered: 5-20lpa
