Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

An annual INR 50,000/- crore revenue organization is looking for suitable Learning & Development resources (2 - 3 positions) based out of Vashi, Navi Mumbai to manage the Learning & Development programs for their different business units.

Role:

Consults with business partners and HR Leadership to translate business requirements into development strategy. Ensures that learning development, initial change, and engagement needs are aligned with the needs of the organization and/or Business Unit. Delivers and /or oversees the delivery of a wide range of learning and performance support solutions and often highly visible and complex in nature. Provides metrics that matter to the business on delivered solutions.

Major Duties:

- Consult with all levels of HR and management to identify business requirements and translate these into learning & development solutions as appropriate. When learning & development solutions are not warranted, provide consulting and act as a key advisor to the business / HR partner.

- Validate and prioritize emerging needs on an ongoing basis. Conduct needs analysis annually.

- Partnering with the Design and Tools Team, design the objectives and business criteria for solutions, evaluate developed solutions.

- Facilitate/deliver core and management and leadership solutions.

- Ensure learning and organization development initiatives are marketed effectively to target populations.

- Analyze and evaluate learning & development interventions to ensure alignment with business requirements, transfer of learning into the business and return on investment and to identify/recommend areas for improvement.

- Manage major, complex and high-profile core curriculum, management and leadership development, and/or region-specific HR initiatives. Manage project budgets, where appropriate. Develop and manage Vendor relationships to ensure they meet cost, quality and time service levels.

Experience Required :

- Learning and Development Consulting to identify needs, translate needs into solutions and implement the solutions into the business, in a fast-paced corporate environment

- Identifying, developing and implementing skills development for partners at multiple levels within a corporate environment.

- Strong instructional design, development and delivery experience.

- Experience working in a global environment (preferred) or the willingness to work in a multi-cultural, global environment.

Years of experience: - 12 - 16 years of relevant experience

Skills Required:

- Strong consulting skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Highly creative and innovative self-driven producer able to work under time pressure

- Relentless attention to detail, high standards, and the ability to produce clean, error-free work.

- Proven project management skills

- Solid analytical ability

- Outstanding presentation / facilitation skills

- MS Office Suite

Knowledge Required :

- Instructional Design

- Current trends and industry knowledge

The role will have a reporting into the HR Head - Business Head

Educational qualification: MBA
