Location : Remote location (Work from Home)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.

- Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.

- Driving digital learning and MOOCs adoption in the organization.

- Working with various stakeholders to identify specific digital, behavioral, and business training.

- Coordinate and organize e-learning courses, workshops, and other training.

- Independently design and deliver training on behavioral topics.

- Implement learning best practices companywide. (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

- Assess the success of learning/development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities in the company.

- Vendor Management- Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts, organize hiring and training activities.

- Good exposure on the latest Learning & Developments trends & software.

- Manage a team of professionals to ensure project success and effective delivery of solutions.

- Excellent communication & presentation skills.

- Significant experience with effective learning and development practice.

- Experience in designing "Manager Development Program".

- Experience in instilling a culture in a company.

- Should have exposure in developing L & D strategies.

- Should be creative to facilitate sessions through interesting initiatives.

- Experience in project management and budgeting.

- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices.

- Practical experience with MSOffice and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors.

- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
