- Manage Skill Development through digital learning strategies and vendor management for product training and SOPs for rapid development of manpower through video based interactive e-learning courses.
- Annual Learning Calendar, Departmental Interventions, Flagship Programs, Special Interventions, Dashboard and Vendor Management and Other Responsibilities .
- The incumbent shall be responsible for driving, managing and delivering technical and behavioral programs and sessions for the departments
- Developing training programmers that are in line with the organization's goals and national training needs.
- Managing resources, including collaborating with internal employees and training vendors to develop and execute training. Collaborating closely with various leaders across the company and understanding their units' and training requirements.
