- Creating video & e learning modules in house for uploading in portal & mobile learning app

- Min 5 modules to be created every month

- Creating Wall of Fame mailers and certificates

- Creating communication collaterals for L&D initiatives

- Knowledge of adult learning prnciples , kolb learnng cycle , bloom's taxonomy

- Manage end to end delivery of the module and analyzed the program effectiveness of the modules

- Design Virtual Instructor led training programs ensuring maximum effectiveness
