- Considered an expert in Talent Development Area. Responsible for developing, implementing and delivering Talent & Leadership Development strategies - in partnership with the HRBPs, Global Talent Development COE and Business Leaders

- Work closely with the International T&D COE to drive Talent Strategy for the Market

- You will interpret the strategic workforce plan and create strong Build Plan looking at short, medium and longer term business needs - identifying key Capabilities for future and having robust market development plan aligned to the same.

- Deliver on BCR Succession Development RoadMap, Capability Development priorities for the Market

- Partner with SET Leadership on building and nurturing a culture of lifelong learning in the market.

- Subject Matter Expert in consulting and coaching manager on Nurturing a Culture of Feedforward and coaching within the market.

- Proactively looks for opportunities to drive innovation, add value and share insights across the HR, Talent Development and business network.

- Develops strong partnerships with any linked Global Talent Development COE to ensure collaboration, maximising global talent pipelines, alignment to global strategy, delivery to global standards, delivery to global goals and sharing of best practice.
