Role
The role holder will act as a performance consultant and will execute learning strategy, manage delivery of the learning programs, build, and manage key stakeholder relationships and learning operations at Bangalore office. He/she will also drive and manage the learning investments, finance and budgets allocated, enhance operational efficiencies ensuring on scheduled adherence, manage learner schedules.
Job Description
- Co-lead onboarding process to create a differentiated experience
- Understand the new hire capability requirement
- Build out Learning Journey for Campus and Lateral hires in Tax BU
- Measure effectiveness of the Onboarding process and make changes based on data and feedback
- Create a pool of internal and external facilitators, who can deliver enabling skills, technical and technology programs as apropos
- Develop/ Curate learning nuggets to aid in recall
- Own learner engagement and learning effectiveness
- Manage Learning journeys and certification / Tax qualification tracks
- Develop and sustain a high touch learning culture and enable a consistent approach towards development
- Manage L&D investment through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management
- Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published, and leveraged for decision making
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Master's Degree
- Experience Required: 8-12 years (at least 5 years of related professional experience)
- Experience working in a learning and development organization
- Prior consulting or professional services experience; experience dealing with professionals and leaders in a matrix organization
- Prior experience in US Taxation would be an added advantage
Desired Skills
- Experience in instructional design and knowledge of instructional design tools and methodologies
- Excellent project/program management experience
- organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
- Exemplary planning, budgeting, and execution skills
- Ability to communicate with influence and impact, effectively conveying insights, a clear point of view and recommendations in ways that inspire action and advance business strategy.

- Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to produce deliverables that carry a "stamp of excellence"
- Ability to partner with business and provide consultation on decision making towards professional and leadership development of the workforce
- Ability to network with relevant stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Excellent command over the language - Both spoken and written communication.
