Job responsibilities:
- End to end responsibility for training initiatives for Corporate Functions (Support Functions)
- Responsible for managing all Functional, Behavioural, and induction trainings across the Corporate Functions in line with defined TATs
- Responsible for ensuring coverage, cost, business connect and training plans for the location
- Conducting annual & ongoing Training Needs Assessment for the location and propose business solutions.
- Designing the Training Strategy and Solutions basis the TNI
- Conceptualizing new training initiatives as per the requirements of the organization.
