- Preparation of Training Budget
- Preparation of Training Catalogue for inputs to associate Training Calendar
- Co-ordinate with Line Managers to perform Training need analysis for all associates
- Identify potential Training agencies and align with purchasing department to select a training source
- Conduct preliminary screening and participate with superior in discussions with agency
- Facilitate for mandatory trainings for the organization
- Co-ordinate with Line Managers to identify internal trainers
- Prepare and execute training plan for all associates
- Coordinate and align with external agencies to plan and schedule training programs
- Coordinate with internal trainers / managers for scheduling training programs and ensure availability of employees
- Facilitation for smooth execution of training programs
- Collate and analyze training feedback from participants and discuss with function heads on training effectiveness
- Consolidate feedback and proposed actions for discussion with superior
- Propose changes in training formats, procedures, systems and delivery mode to superior
- Liaise with the Central Team and propose modifications to existing system and make optimum use of the training systems
