- Training Delivery & coordination
- Designing training calender
- Developing leadership and behavioral programs and corresponding training materials,
- Facilitating existing/newly designed programs
- Conceptualization and implementation of function-specific programs/customized interventions.
- Life Cycle Management of existing programs
- Reviewing and modifying existing programs based on feedback.
- Managing the Corporate Induction Program.
- Identifying, negotiating contracts, assessing and managing partnerships with external trainers/vendors
Comp range 18-25 lakhs depending on the level of experience
