Learning & Development Officer - Real Estate/Infra

- Identification of Soft skill Training needs at all levels

- Should be able to draft training modules/syllabus and deliver training to blue-collar, white-collar upto below manager level

- Evaluation & Assessment of effectiveness of training based on feedback.

Support Training Head in the area of :

- Preparing Training calendar based on assimilation of trainings needs identified

- Organize /Conduct /Schedule /Coordinate the trainings as per plan

- Identification of external training partners/vendors and coordination

- Prepare and maintain Skill Matrix for all levels.

- Documentation of trainings as per standards.

- Maintain data for internal & external reference.

Others :

- Good Communication Skills and ability to manage interpersonal relations.

- High energy level and team player.

Salary range : 15 - 20 LPA
