Learning & Development Officer - BPO/IT

- Identify training needs for each department on a monthly basis and prepare the training schedule.

- Responsible for key client engagement for Mumbai in advising learning strategy for businesses and designing development interventions in-house, where necessary

- Closely monitor all the trainings conducted by all operational departments each month, and create monthly reports on the same.

- Conduct workshops and training classes on soft skills .

- Identify vendors for imparting training
