Learning + OD for Mumbai
- 10-12 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Leadership Development with PG degree in HR, education, psychology, sociology, instructional design etc
- Certification in facilitation/Instructional Design preferred
- Scope of role is to support the OE area leader in driving effective change in people processes by designing, developing and deploying structured leadership learning frameworks to enhance overall business performance.
- Prefer candidates preferably males to work in 7 am to 4pm shift from ITES/ KPO/BPO background
ideal candidate should have worked in his current job in senior management capacity for a minimum of 1 year
