Manager HR - Learning & Development.
Opening is with one of the top Financial Services Group.
Location - Gurgaon
Experience - 7-10 Year post MBA
Relevant experience in HR services, specifically in a Learning and Development role
Post graduate qualification in HR e.g., Masters is Human Resources or MBA (HR)
Primary Responsibilities :
- Partner with key stakeholders and leaders in the FMG (Financial Management Group) and MOT (Market Operation & Technology) teams to understand the business environment and people challenges, to identify learning and development needs develop targeted solutions, and drive delivery L&D programs.
- Manage L&D activities prioritizing key initiatives. Manage administration/coordination of pre- and post-program logistics, facility and vendor management, material and resource coordination, attendance and evaluation metrics, etc
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure high quality services and cost efficiency; develops strong external relationships/network to identify innovations, new services, and industry best practices
Would prefer someone from Financial Services companies or Financial BPO .
