- Should be specialist in more than one specific area (leadership training, soft skills).
- Good understanding of L&D theories, behavioral processes and OD interventions.
- Good Knowledge on assessment tools
- Good knowledge on learning methodologies and their application.
- Understanding of leadership & managerial competencies and the developmental practices.
- Post Graduation in HR / Management from premier institutes like XLRI, TISS will be an advantage.
