Learning & Development Manager - XLRI/TISS/SIBM/IBS/IIM/SCMHRD/MDI-G

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Manager - Learning & Development to join one of our conglomerate client. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing high-impact learning programs aligned with organizational goals. You will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, create relevant content, and ensure the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key responsibilities:

Design & Delivery of Learning Programs :

- Develop engaging learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and in-person training sessions.

- Assess training needs across the organization, identifying skill gaps and designing tailored learning solutions.

- Create high-quality learning materials, such as manuals, guides, and multimedia content.

- Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring active participation and effective knowledge transfer.

Evaluate & Improve Training Effectiveness :

- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.

- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve learning offerings.

Collaboration :

- Work with business leaders, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to ensure learning content is relevant, impactful, and aligned with business needs.

- Manage relationships with external learning partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with internal communication teams to ensure effective and timely dissemination of learning program details.

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and participation in learning initiatives.
