One of my client a leading US based Captive hiring for " Learning and Development " Manager for Hyderabad location

- Looking for HR professionals from L&D background who will be required to co-create and design learning programs as well as oversee the delivery and follow-up to ensure maximum effectiveness

- The person will involve in the following areas

- The Learning and Development Manager will provide be responsible for learning objectives across all levels of the Technology group.

- Learning Need Analysis to be conducted on a periodic basis with key stakeholders.

- Partnering with stakeholders for co-creation of learning programs. Providing expertise on learning design

- Identifying suitable vendors for various categories of learning programs including domain, Process, Technology, Behavioral and Leadership. Liaison with the vendors to ensure effective delivery of learning programs.
