About our Client - Our client is an International food retail chain which operates over 1,000 restaurants across five continents. Globally, they are well known for their product, innovative flavours and excellent customer service. Currently, they are looking to expand their presence in the India market, and are looking at hiring their central management team. For the same, they are looking at hiring a Learning and Development Manager, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.
Job Description - Reporting into the Head of the Function, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support on HR Processes and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Working on comprehensive recruitment and induction processes
- Ensuring Performance and Talent Management
- Managing the training and development function of the organization
- Designing and implementing national training initiatives
- Managing the employee relations of the organizations
The Successful Candidate - You Will be have an MBA in HR with at least 5 years of generalist training experience with strong experience in talent management, Learning and Development and Performance Management. In addition, you should have prior experience in the hospitality sector. You should have fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills.
