Job Description - As the L&D Manager for India, you will report into the HR Director and will be responsible for:
- Lead the entire L&D program for the employee strength of 200 in the Gurgaon office
- Work with the global HQ in US and other offices in Asia on various L&D projects
- Drive complete training & development cycle including training analysis, design and delivery activities
- Partner with the business to continuously improve the career management process including career pathing, talent rotation among other processes
- Manage and refine the entire induction program on an ongoing basis
- Identify, build and manage a healthy pool of internal and external trainers covering soft skills as well as technical skills
The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate must carry 8-10 years of L&D experience with at least the last 2 years in a leadership position. You should have the required experience of managing end-to-end training cycles including design and delivery of training programs. Exposure to driving career management programs is also a must. You must be well aware of the industry practices on an ongoing basis and have an excellent track record of managing diverse stakeholders. Excellent training abilities and communication skills are a must and you should be open to travel on need basis. Candidates with high levels of technical knowledge and depth will have a huge advantage for this position.
