Establish L&D function, ensure the buy in of the management on the L& D / Employee Engagement Interventions, corroborate the ROI on the initiatives, thus be a catalyst for organisation's growth story
JOB PROFILE
- L&D, Employee Engagement, Culture Scout, MIS & Reports, Employee Communication
Learning & Development :
- Identify individual, group and functional training needs
- Obtain, develop effective training material utilizing different media
- Prepare L&D budgets and get the approvals
- Plan curriculum development, design and launch training programs
- Apply instructional design, propose cost effective adult learning solutions for all levels of employees
- Create and manage the training calendar and operations for self-learning via LMS, virtual instructor led learning and external programs
- Drive learning adherence for behavioural and functional learning of employees
- Create and maintain tests and assessments to ensure learner understanding
- Develop and maintain organizational communications on training and development events
- Ensure learning paths for special tracks (Supervisory development program for frontliners)
- Delivery of behavioural learning programs with a targeted man-day
- Identify and launch a suitable LMS
- Performing TNA annually - Training Need Analysis
- Conducting Training feedback survey for analysis
- Managing stakeholders PAN India for smooth execution of Learning programs
- Employee Engagement, Culture Scout, MIS & Reports, Employee Communication
