The role of learning and Development lead is to guide the employee of the organization to advance their skills and knowledge. For this role one needs to be passionate about helping people to grow. A Learning & Development Manager is to be expected to organize training events for all employees, from initial inductions to leadership programs for senior executives.
Qualification:
- Co-create and execute learning programs (with guidance) which are aligned with the organization's objective
- Facilitate design of various e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Track and manage Learning budgets and have the ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training programs
- Manage Learning Operations including Vendor Empanelment and Payment,Logistics, Managing LMS, Learning Analytics etc.
