- Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet business objectives through leadership development.
- Deploy the leadership development framework across businesses globally.
- Drive career management, succession planning initiatives.
- Carry out the employee engagement survey, share results followed by action plan and metrics that will enable tracking the progress at both an organization & business unit level to create an action that drives positive employee engagement.
- Manage business HR responsibilities for the India based trading businesses as a strategic HR partner.
