HR Learning & Development
MBA -HR/ PM & IR from Tier I HR Inst - XL/TISS/SIBM/SCHMRD/SIMS/NM or equivalent with 5-7 yrs exp in Learning and OD arena from branded fortune 500 companies only-- Indian or Mnc or top 4 consulting firms will be welcomed to apply. Full time 2 yrs degree in HR is a must criteria for applying .
The incumbent will take the lead role in designing, developing & implementing learning interventions for employees & also lead the culture survey for the organization
