We have the following requirement - in Mumbai with an MNC Financial services Company

MBA HR L+D 5 to 8 years of experience in Learning and Development

- Should have hands on experience on delivery and development of behavioral, communication and leadership training modules

- Should be conversant with delivery models, modes of training, cultural nuances and their implications

- Experience in implementing organization development interventions is desirable

- Ability to communicate and convince leadership

- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels

Team Management:

- The incumbent will take the lead role in designing, developing & implementing learning interventions for employees & also lead the talent development interventions

- Should be willing to work in Mid Shift
