Experience in Behavioral Training & Soft Skills

Facilitate class room training in the areas of soft skills and behavioral skills

Facilitating Customer centric training and Cultural sensitivity programs

Facilitating TTT and Presentation skills program

Complete pre and post assessments for each training program

Develop content for new training programs and enhance the content for existing training programs

Support the team in other learning and development activities

Calculating the level of effectiveness about the training program by the parameters which are given in the training feedback forms

Experience: 4 - 12 years

Job Location: Chennai & Pune

Education: Full Time MBA prefered
