Job Description

ROLE :

Sales and Marketing:

Selling various brands and franchising concepts.

Working as an interface between the organization and investors for closing franchises up till signing a franchise agreement.

To ensure effective implementation of various common sales and marketing initiatives at the Schools.

To constantly explore newer avenues for revenue generation and also develop innovative products/approach to accelerate revenue growth.

To create and nurture sales orientation amongst each and every school employee and business partner.

To bring under one banner all the school in the region for collective campaigns and promotions.

Finance:

Ensure timely collection of dues from the schools in the region.

To review periodically the financial performance of the School and take all steps necessary to enhance revenues and decrease costs without impacting service quality.

To prepare annual financial budgets and set goals and targets based on it.

To prepare financial analysis of operations for guidance to management.

Arranging site visits and maintaining loop between organization and investor so as to increase the success ratio for closures.

Service Quality:

To ensure close adherence to prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all functional areas and build systems to ensure constant improvement.

To organize regular training inputs and organize feedback sessions.

To periodically monitor the level of service quality at the School in close co-ordination with quality head and define/ implement strategy to improve overall quality.

To monitor customer feedback acknowledge and take corrective action, wherever required. Also to put in place an effective complaint resolution mechanism.

Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required for increasing the closure probability.

Screening of investor portfolio in terms of best fit as per his investment bandwidth, location, and work profile.

DESIRED PROFILE:

Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Strong relationship skills & inter-personal skills.

Sufficient computer proficiency, frequently use of spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation.

Prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines and targets.

Good communication (written & spoken) skills essential.

Should have strong industry connect and established network.

Should have excellent communication and convincing skills.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

The ability to understand and present school data.

Previous experience in Franchisee Expansion in Pre-School industry are preferable.
