Company Profile:
Aristotle once said “Quality is not an act, it is a habit”. When it comes to education, any compromise on quality could mean a loss of opportunity, character and thus an individual.
Who says that there is a dearth of schools in our country? I can challenge them that if they proactively look around, the most marketed thing that they would see are schools. So what is the reason that still only a few of them who are educated could be called knowledgeable?
We at Leapbridge Education, a Navneet Initiative (www.navneet.com), try to work on imparting quality education with the aim of making the child knowledgeable. We feel that it is knowledge, which sets apart one individual from the other. It is knowledge and its application that determines the progress of a citizen, a society and a country in general.
At Leapbridge, we recognize the importance of knowledge in this world and that’s why knowledge is the pivot around which everything revolves at our school. Hence our credo: Knowledge is the edge.

HR Manager - Profile:
- The task of managing and maintaining quality is only possible if our people also adhere to the high quality standards. So on your plate will be the task to completely rethink the value chain from end to end recruitment, on-boarding and handling Employee Life Cycle inclusive of Performance Management,L&D,Compensation benefits etc.
- And as the network of schools would expand from the present couple of cities to many more, you will have to be ready to travel around and use technology to your advantage. In this expansion phase, you would be the go to person for hiring talented people and retain the existing one.
- This is a process of developing a benchmark in education and would thus require people to have clear vision yet possess out of the box thinking capabilities. You are the person who would be analyzing and benchmarking the standards with the Industry and would be instrumental in getting similar people on board. Once on board you will be their inspiration.
- And yes, it goes without saying that apart from excelling in what you do, there are many other opportunities of learning; as you would at times have to don multiple hats and also closely interact with the Management to decide the future course of action. Doesn’t that sound exciting?
So what do you think, are you our HR Manager?
Apart from CV, tell us more about yourself (write something, make a video, or anything you want) and along with that put your HR hat on and give us your views on how would you recruit quality teachers for our schools?
