Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Taxation Manager to assess our tax compliance and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation, particularly in the infrastructure, manufacturing, or oil and energy industries. You will lead a team in managing end-to-end TDS filing processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory

requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities.

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end TDS filing process.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and deadlines.

- Conduct tax audits and prepare necessary documentation.

- Provide expert advice on tax implications for business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax-efficient structures.

- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.

- Mentor and develop the taxation team.

Qualifications:

- CA/ICWA qualified.

- Minimum8 years of experience

- Strong knowledge of TDS filing processes and tax compliance.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Experience:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in dealing with IT and TDS is required with a focus on infrastructure, manufacturing, or oil and energy sectors.
