Hiring "Lean Six Sigma Consultant" for a leading Strategy & Management Consulting Firm

Job Location- Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bengaluru

Experience- 3.5+ years of relevant experience

Education- should have done MBA

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conducting Assessment of client processes to identify business value levers

- Executing/Deploying Operations transformation initiatives like Lean Six Sigma, Manufacturing Excellence, Manufacturing Strategy, EBITDA improvements, Manpower Productivity enhancement, Energy Cost optimization, Digital Factory implementation etc for global clients leveraging digital tools

- Training client employees in transformation/improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen methodologies

- Coaching employees of clients in problem-solving techniques

- Conducting organization level reviews and deployment of process improvement initiatives

- Providing training and mentoring support Black Belt candidates in Lean Six Sigma and Design for Lean Six Sigma, LSS for Service (Transactional) Processes, and Kaizen Events

- Delivering Executive training, Champion training, and Green Belt training.

- Liaising with and advising clients across multiple industries at a mid to senior management level for large multi-location global organizations

- Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for the initiatives

- Contribute to building the knowledge base of the practice

- Identifying opportunities to deliver practice offerings to clients

Key Competencies:

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified

- Lean Six Sigma skill across industries preferably in manufacturing.

- Experience in manufacturing strategy, operation excellence across supply chain (manufacturing, production planning, inventory etc.) in CPG, Auto, Retail, FMCG etc.

- Digital manufacturing experience in factories e.g. IOT, MES, Smart factory implementation, 3D Printing etc.

- Sound analytical skills to drive P&L analysis across the supply chain, manufacturing cost analysis, identifying and driving supply chain cost optimization initiatives in the organization.

- Exposure to Manpower productivity enhancement techniques including workforce (Blue-collar/White-collar) planning and deployment using tools like MOST, Span of Control etc.

- Soft skills -

Ability to working in a range of environment - interacting closely with the - C- level executives as well as the workers on the shop floor.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skill and presentation skill

Open to travel as its mostly a client facing role.

Candidate should be willing to work cross industry

- Knowledge of at least one of the following tools: Any six sigma or statistical analysis tool such as Minitab; Process mapping/simulation/automation tools such as Pega, Aris, SigmaXL, Sigma flow and Supply chain process optimization tools like Lindo, LLamasoft, JDAetc
