The Role
Education is our top vertical, accounting for about 60+% of our revenues. "Sales" in Education is all about Admissions, and our goal is to be a global leader to drive the whole admissions process in colleges, universities, career schools and other educational institutes.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager (Growth) to own LeadSquared for Education with the objective of cementing our place in the vertical globally. Our ideal candidate is a passionate experienced product marketer with a deep understanding of growth methodologies, working with various stakeholders across business lines to drive growth.
The role will involve:
- Understanding the market and various "micro-verticals" in the space
- Identify new product features focused on product growth and work with the developers to implement on the ground.
- Work with sales, pre-sales and implementation teams to "standardize" the implementation structure, identify gaps, reports and other processes to improve the end customer experience
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, marketing, analytics, and creative to meet ambitious growth targets
Requirements
- 8 to 13 years of experience in development, implementation or design of business software such as CRM, ERP, HRMS or BPM.
- Devise Growth Strategies: Define growth strategies for LeadSquared for Education and build roadmaps to reduce gaps in Education and then innovate to take LeadSquared ahead of the competition. Your success will depend on your ability to come up with new growth strategies and test them quickly.
- Drive consensus: Effective Growth Strategies require multiple teams coming together. Your success will depend on driving consensus with stakeholders from multiple functions and establishing mutual win
- You have a good grasp in understanding the structure of growth programs
- You can approach a business goal through a series of measurable product launches
- You have a strong understanding of what it takes to launch new initiatives
- You understand technology, but start thinking from the needs of end users
- You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Problem-solving and detail orientation come naturally to you
- You have an analytical and data-driven approach in day-to-day work
- Experience in working directly with customers for requirements collection, gap analysis and solution implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems.
