Leadership Role - Technical Accounting - Insurance Domain

- To transition the finance & accounting process from global locations (US, Bermuda & London) and stabilize the processes in India. The role requires setting up the finance & accounting process beginning from hiring the team, creating the org structure, working with Onsite re-engineering team & client team on projects in pipeline.

- The role gives an end to end view for a growing Insurance company having global operations - US, Europe & Asia. The person is responsible for complete financials which is unique instead of being just responsible for a part of finance operations from an offshore location.

- The role would require transitioning processes including accounting, reporting, reconciliations, FP&A from global locations in a short span and stabilize the process.
