Job Description:
- Work with the leadership team to formulate and execute an HR strategy that supports the strategic business plan and facilitate the business leader in resolving on their people related challenges and support business growth Involved in building employer branding and organization culture to support high growth.
- Facilitate in building performance and learning oriented organization for efficient delivery.
- Designing, framing and implementing HR policies and new key initiatives for accelerated growth and smooth functioning of business.
- To develop strategies manage, monitor and execute them to enhance productivity through People interventions across the Group.- To focus and develop strategies and systems for Performance Management & Compensation and Benefits in order to make it competitive for attracting, retaining and managing talent
- To design and monitor systems, templates and structures for PMS and C&B for effective implementation of the strategies
