Job role- Senior Consultant - Solutions (Contact Centre )
Location : Pune/ Mumbai
Profile Mandates:
- Graduates/Post Graduates with min 10 - 15 yrs experience, (Management Degree or Equivalent preferred).
- Hands-on experience in planning, creating, designing & implementing Solutions in a BPS environment.
- Exposure working on the digital space - RPA, Automation etc
- Good communication & Presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.
Job Description:
- Conceptualize and develop business solutions that are specifically designed to address client's business requirement specifications, opportunities and challenges.
- Accountable for end-to-end responsibility of the designing solutions for the Vertical.
- Work in Tandem with the Business Leader to Productize and Develop framework for the Vertical.
- Be part of the proposal/solution defense presentations and discussions.
- Manage Pre Sales Knowledge Base for the Vertical.
- Create Collaterals, White papers for the Vertical.
- Perform Benchmarking & Assessment studies of the Industry.
Candidate should have experience in Solution Designing for various industries like Utilities, Telecom, Travel & Hospitality for US, UK & Australia.

- The Transformation & Innovation Contact Centre Lab.
Contact Centre Technology Consulting Practice - IVR, Chat etc.
Responsible for managing technology transformation initiatives as a part of the Customer Experience Management (CEM) group
