As a Manager, Alliances with Amazon Seller Services India, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for Amazon's offerings in India: www.Junglee.com and www.amazon.in. You will identify and prioritize opportunities across the lifecycle of sellers diving deep into root causes which hold us back from exponentially scaling the marketplace. Based on these findings, you will identify external organizations to partner with who will help us solve these constraints and design partnerships with these institutions. You will also have charge of translating these partnerships into action plans within the Amazon organization and ownership to drive them internally.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in developing alliances or partnerships between organizations, ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision, problem solving skills and capability to influence multiple external and internal stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment which will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will bring an ability to create and communicate a bold vision for the organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Understand products and services offered by Amazon Services.

- Dive Deep into the root causes which prohibit exponential scaling.

- Identify and prioritize maximum impact blockages.

- Identify external institutions to partner with to remove these blockages.

- Structure agreements with the above identified partners.

- Drive the action plans out of these alliances internally in the organization. This position

Prior Experience and skills:

- More than 6+ years of experience in leadership roles or partnership development roles.

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven. - Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. - Experience working with SME retailers is an advantage.

- Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage

- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.

- Experience in defining new processes or products is desirable.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in English.
