Leadership Role for Women Leaders - Securities Operations (BFSI) - Chennai

1. Exposure to processing of Corporate Actions and knowledge of related SWIFT messaging. In addition exposure to multi-markets operations, voluntary corporate action events, fund transfers, etc would be preferred.

2. Manage Fund valuation Services-Multiple Divisions at country Level specifically for the NAV activities .

3. Induct new managers and business experts from onsite for success of the new NAV projects.

4. New funds migration to be managed without operational incidents / risks

5. Integration of split teams of NAV

6. Meeting SLA's on TAT laid by the process

7. Good problem solving ability, service delivery monitoring, staff training, etc.

8. Should achieve high accuracy levels with optimal productivity.

9. Maintain and continue to develop a culture of risk control and compliance to internal operational standards

10. Work on initiatives for knowledge-sharing, the dissemination of best practices and the continuous improvement of processes and procedures in the team and the department.
