Job description: - 18+ Years of total exp with recent 10+ years in IT/ITES Companies recent 3~5 years at regional leadership role managing Sales Team
- 10+ Years in IT Services (Managed IT Infra support, End User Support, Network Operation Management, Data Centre Management, Cyber Security support, Application Support, Remote Infrastructure Support, Service Desk, System Integration, etc) or IT Product Sales
- Experience in winning BIG deals/large customer accounts, Partnerships and Alliances + deepen existing customer relationships
- Drive sizable quarterly & annual sales revenue targets
- Exp in selling IT Services to enterprise customers - large & SME, ministries, departments & PSUs of state or central government.
- Has good network - Have worked currently/earlier with leading OEM suppliers
- Experience with creating bids & proposals
- Highly articulate with strong executive presence - excellent negotiation, presentation,
Education : MBA + BE/BTech/BSc
Team size : 15-20, comprising of 4-5 regional heads.
