Location: Gurgaon

Your Future Employer: A leading innovator in India's energy transition, offering cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) through a unique blend of global expertise and local market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities for energy storage solutions.

2. Develop strong client relationships and guide customers through the BESS sales pipeline.

3. Prepare and negotiate customized proposals, supply agreements, and service contracts.

4. Provide market insights to refine competitive positioning and product offerings.

5. Represent the organization at key industry events, building partnerships across the energy sector.

6. Collaborate with global teams to drive product marketing, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or equivalent is advantageous.

2. 10+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with expertise in business development.

3. Knowledge of energy storage technologies, particularly BESS, is preferred.

4. Strong skills in negotiation, financial analysis, and presentation.

5. Proven track record in sales, driving business growth, and forming strategic partnerships.
