REQUIREMENTS
- At least 12- 15 years of sales experience preferably in FMCG, with a minimum 3 years in Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role
- Experience in South Indian market is essential
- Experience in foods industry & at least 4 years in good FMCG firms is essential
- Candidates from good B-schools with 9-10 years of FMCG sales experience and have taken up entrepreneurial ventures will be most applicable

- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial attitude towards driving the organizational growth
- Should be ready to work in tough environment with aggressive mode of selling
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Spearhead a team of Regional Sales Managers and Modern Trade team & drive the annual business of MT and GT channels
- Understands Business Vision and develop sales strategy for the achievement of annual sales targets, expansion & retention of the market / customer base and development of a strong brand proposition.
- Develops plans for the expansion & development of the growing sales channels and identify future growth opportunities for various product segments in these channels.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
- Hiring, training and developing the sales team; develop the capability of the team with special focus on the direct reportees
