- Work with central OE team based remotely to ensure that elements of projects are adequately designed, fit for purpose & well deployed.

- Identify automation opportunities for Straight Through Processing

Facilitate Bootcamps/ Trainings

Follow-thru on deployment and support/mentor teams as needed.

- Working with internal Automation development team to deliver high-quality solutions

- To drive and support deployment of central OE initiatives in Global Shared Service Centres, including specific reengineering projects.

Experience:

- Previous experience of lean deployment in financial services preferred

- Coaching, mentoring & training experience

- Post Graduate (Engineers / MBAs preferred)

- Should have overall 8+ years of experience with relevant exposure to Operations Management, Process Improvement in financial services domain

- Experience / personal interest in coding and process automation
