Leadership opportunity- O2C/P2P RPA

Function: Digital Transformation

Role- Individual contributor role.

Travel: 20 - 25%

Location: Gurgaon/ NCR

How does the role add value:

By providing company demonstrable depth in RPA enabled F&A processes (O2C/P2P) - helping maximize returns from RPA initiatives for clients by leveraging process consulting, RPA Knowledge and transformation principles across F&A implementations. Additionally, sales/pre-sales support for new deals, Onsite RPA Assessments, Creation of RPA led F&A process designs, RPA CoE set up advisory services and creation of RPA led IP in F&A space.

How is this role unique from others:

This role is a combination of deep O2C/P2P domain skills, awareness of RPA products, excellent solutioning skillsets by leveraging RPA technologies, good commercial sense in structuring business cases, and excellent customer facing skills (executive presence, ability to listen and address specific problems, articulate acceptable and reasonable solutions, etc.)

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:

MBA with O2C/P2P consulting experience & RPA Consulting/Implementation experience

What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years:

- Drive standard best practices across RPA implementations in the O2C/P2P space within the organization

- Identify solutions to productize our digital offerings in the O2C/P2P space by leveraging RPA and other digital technologies

- Lead high priority or super critical RPA projects/assessments/consulting assignments in the O2C/P2P space

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge, Experience, Education External & internal contacts

- Drive O2C/P2P specific standard industry best practices in all RPA implementation delivered by company for its clients

- Participate in RPA projects and account specific discussions as an O2C/P2P RPA subject matter expert

- Assist in RPA implementations across different accounts and verticals

- Develop and drive best practices frameworks, case studies and benchmarking for RPA implementations in the O2C/P2P domain

- Creating diagnostic tools and templates to assess RPA opportunity in O2C/P2P

- Creating O2C/P2P process insights from an RPA standpoint - enablers to maximize RPA return on investment and limiters that reduce RPA return on investment

- Engage and execute on RPA engagements with Fortune 500 organizations around designing best in class RPA enabled O2C/P2P processes.

- Providing direction and coaching to the team for delivering best in class RPA enabled O2C/P2P processes

- Assist in preparation / refinement of RPA proposals in O2C/P2P domain.

Essential

MBA with O2C/P2P consulting experience

Desirable

- Hands on experience in identifying and implementing tools and technologies for improving O2C/P2P process effectiveness required

- Prior exposure to RPA from a functional perspective essential

- Prior customer facing consulting experience with Fortune 500 organizations

- Experience in setting up, re-engineering or designing a shared services for O2C/P2P desired
