This role provides subject matter expertise to the RWA PC program along with leading a team of 8-9 resources. The role should also provide leadership to the wider Capital System change team. It involves stakeholder management, people management, managing hiring and re-engineering, career development of the team members, etc.
This involves ensuring that the sites across the group submit the data as per the deadline during operational timeline, understanding and interpreting the data calculations and validation within the systems, troubleshooting user's issues related to system usage and data quality.
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:
- M Com / MBA/ CA/BE/B.Tech with around 15 + years overall experience in Finance / Finance Systems
- Experience in BASEL II Reporting requirements and BASEL II System teams
- Experienced people manager
- Exposure to Financial Systems Support, Systems Development and Project Management.
- High level of analytical skills and ability to grasp complicated functions in short period of time and transfer knowledge appropriately and document / test as necessary to meet SOX standards.
- Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines
- Sound problem solving, planning & organizing skills
- Self-motivated and good team player
- Robust experience in planning and organizing work in a global environment
- Should be flexible to stretch at work across shifts in a 24 x 7 support environment
- SQL/VBA skills desirable
