Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive projects (in partnership with the project sponsor and his / her team), and ensure they are being executed with high quality of design thinking and achieve the required objectives.

- Develop project plan with execution roadmap with clear milestones and expected outcomes at each milestone to enable quantitative/qualitative assessment at a set periodicity.

- Should be able to drive and implement projects in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

- Set up project governance mechanism to facilitate transparent reporting/reviews at appropriate level to monitor progress, resolve interdependences and address issues/risks.

- Resolve bottlenecks in decision making by fast-tracking discussions among stakeholders or seeking additional support where required.

- Define key input and output parameters to be monitored and measures of success for the project(s).

- Ensure appropriate priority is allocated to the project across relevant teams (e.g., IT, Operations, Risk etc.) to enable timely execution and impact realization.
